Crystal Wave Alchemy offers holistic and spiritual wellbeing services, including 1:1 sessions, digital resources, and educational materials. These services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

If you are under medical care or on prescribed medication, please consult your healthcare provider before engaging in any energy or hypnotherapy work.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

Client Agreement

Your Commitment

At Crystal Wave Alchemy, we prioritize your healing journey. By engaging in our services, you agree to participate fully and commit to your personal growth. Your commitment to the process is essential for a truly impactful experience. We encourage open communication to address any concerns. Any ethical breaches or disrespect may result in termination of services. Together, we create healing pathways.

Payment Policies

Payments for all services at Crystal Wave Alchemy are to be made upfront or as outlined in prior agreements. We accept various payment methods to facilitate ease of access. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Refunds for services are not typically provided, given the nature of the work. We strongly encourage clients to take full responsibility for scheduling and cancellations to ensure their commitment to healing.

Confidentiality and Ethics

We maintain a strict confidentiality policy regarding our clients' personal information. Information shared during sessions will never be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. Our therapeutic practice is grounded in ethical standards, ensuring your well-being is our top priority. We encourage feedback and uphold an environment of trust and safety.
