At Crystal Wave Alchemy, each healing session, course, and digital product is created with deep care and intention to support your personal transformation. Because this work involves both energetic and educational elements, please read the following policy before making a purchase or booking.

1. 1:1 Healing Sessions & Appointments

All session bookings (including EFT, hypnotherapy, energy alignment, and intuitive guidance) are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so your space can be re-allocated.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no-shows” will be charged in full.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the instant access nature of digital files (PDF guides, meditations, or online materials), all digital sales are final.
If you experience any technical issue accessing your purchase, please email crystalwavealchemy@mail.com and I’ll make sure you receive your files promptly.

3. Courses, Bundles & Memberships

Payments for courses, bundles, or community memberships are non-refundable once access is granted.
If unexpected circumstances arise, you may request a credit towards a future program at the sole discretion of Crystal Wave Alchemy.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be offered only in rare cases of duplicate payment or demonstrable technical error.
